? ? ? ?汪冰博士,1986年毕业于中国药科大学生化制药专业, 1993年去日本留学,于1997年和1999年分别从吉林大学和日本九州大学各获得医学博士学位,1999-2004年于加拿大麦吉尔(McGill)大学经历博士后训练。2004-2012年作为资深科学家就职于麦吉尔大学生化系。2013年起任365体育在线官网特聘教授,生化与分子生物学研究所所长,博士生导师,2015年入选 辽宁省高端引进人才百人层面。

? ? ? ?汪冰教授近十年来通过系统生物学、分子生物学和模式生物学手段,致力于探索细胞稳态维系机制中的多种网络系统。所谓信号传递通路一般是指蛋白之间的结合与分离,磷酸化与脱磷酸化,从而导致蛋白的结构,酶的活性及离子的浓度发生变化,最终调节各种功能分子的表达。汪冰教授在蛋白的结合及磷酸化两方面都有较多的经验,填补了国际和国内一些空白。对内质网相关的蛋白裂解(ERAD),细胞凋亡(Apoptosis)和T细胞受体(T Cell Receptor)通路做出重要贡献。

? ? ? ?汪冰教授领导和参与了多项前沿课题,并多次在国际会议上进行大会发言;其研究成果多数以第一作者发表于《Cell》,《EMBO J》,《MCB》等国际一流杂志上。回国后致力于BAP31在神经及免疫系统中相关功能的研究,近来对癌干细胞的起源及调节发生很大兴趣,并取得了一定进展。三年来获得国家自然科学基金面上项目两项和参与一项国家重点专项。
